Who may not need an ETA?
Certain travellers may not need a UK ETA, depending on current UK rules. Examples can include travellers who:
- Are British citizens
- Are Irish citizens
- Already hold a valid UK visa
- Already have UK permission to live, work or study
- Have another qualifying UK immigration status
- Meet another applicable exemption
