How Premium Global Visas collects, uses, retains and protects applicant information and documents under GDPR.

Effective date: 8 September 2026 · Last updated: 8 September 2026

Who we are

Premium Global Visas is a private company registered in the Netherlands, operating ukelectronictravelauthorisation.com as an independent UK ETA application-processing service. We are not affiliated with the UK Government. You can contact us at info@ukelectronictravelauthorisation.com, by telephone on +31 616009965, or by WhatsApp on +31 616009965.

What information we collect

  • Identity and contact details: name, date of birth, address, email, telephone number
  • Passport information and passport identity page uploads
  • Applicant photographs
  • Application answers, including nationality, immigration and declaration information
  • Payment status and transaction references (never full card numbers or CVVs)
  • Support correspondence

How we use your information and legal basis

Customers complete the online application form and provide the required personal information, passport details, applicant photograph, supporting information and payment. The customer authorises Premium Global Visas to review the supplied information, prepare the UK ETA application, pay the applicable application fee and process or submit the application on the customer’s behalf. We process your information to perform this contract at your request, to meet legal obligations, and — with consent — for optional analytics and marketing cookies.

Who processes your data

Your data is processed by Premium Global Visas and by service providers acting on our behalf. The providers we can name today are:

  • Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) — payment processing. Stripe hosts the secure checkout page and processes your card or wallet payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link). Stripe processes your payment transaction data under its own privacy policy and applicable payment regulations; this website never receives or stores your full card number or CVV.
  • Hosting provider — pending verification (provider name and data-centre location to be confirmed before publication).
  • Email-delivery provider — pending verification (provider name to be confirmed before publication).
  • Document-storage provider — pending verification (provider name and storage location to be confirmed before publication).
  • Analytics and advertising providers — none embedded at present. If analytics or conversion-measurement tags are added, they will be named here and will load only after you give consent.

Where information is transferred internationally (for example Stripe processing in the European Economic Area or the United States), appropriate safeguards are applied. Passport details, photographs and application answers are never sent to analytics or advertising platforms. Only the minimal data needed to create your application record (service tier, applicant count, email, applicant names and basic eligibility information) is embedded in the Stripe Checkout Session metadata so the application can be finalised after a verified payment — passport numbers, dates of birth, addresses and uploaded documents are never placed in Stripe metadata, payment URLs or analytics.

Security and data protection

  • Secure private data storage with access controls
  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS) across the entire website
  • Server-side validation of all form submissions
  • Restricted file formats and file-size limits for uploads
  • Secure, access-controlled document links
  • Malware protection and rate limiting on submissions

Data retention and deletion

Applicant information and documents are retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. The retention periods below are indicative and must be confirmed with a qualified adviser before publication:

  • Application records and applicant data: retained for the duration of the application process plus a defined period thereafter (pending confirmation — target: up to 2 years after the application is closed).
  • Passport file uploads: retained while the application is active and for a short period after closure, then securely deleted (pending confirmation — target: deletion within 90 days of closure).
  • Applicant photographs: retained while the application is active and for a short period after closure, then securely deleted (pending confirmation — target: deletion within 90 days of closure).
  • Transaction records (PayPal references, amounts, dates): retained for the period required by tax and accounting law (pending confirmation — target: 7 years).
  • Support / contact messages: retained for a defined period to resolve enquiries (pending confirmation — target: up to 2 years).
  • Unsuccessful application sessions: no data is retained — if payment is not completed, all entered information is held only in your browser memory and is permanently lost when you close or refresh the page.

After the retention period, data is securely deleted in line with our defined data-retention and deletion rules.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing of your personal data. Contact us at info@ukelectronictravelauthorisation.com with the subject “Privacy request” and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data-protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), if you believe our processing of your personal data is unlawful.

Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. All application decisions are made by the relevant UK authorities, not by Premium Global Visas.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the website and checkout working. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you can manage at any time via the cookie preferences banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
