Family & Multiple Applicants

UK ETA Family Application

Submit UK ETA applications for your partner, children and other eligible family members together in one checkout session, with a reduced family/group rate for every applicant.

Does every family member need a UK ETA?

Yes. Under the UK ETA scheme, every traveller who requires an authorisation must hold their own ETA — including eligible children, babies and infants. A parent, guardian or authorised person may prepare an application on another traveller’s behalf where permitted. Each family member’s ETA is electronically linked to the passport they will use for travel.

How the family application works

  1. 1Start one application and add the first applicant's details, passport and photo
  2. 2Select “Add Another Applicant” for each additional family member
  3. 3Upload a separate passport identity page and photograph for every applicant
  4. 4Review all applicants, declarations and the combined total before payment
  5. 5Pay once securely through Stripe — each applicant receives their own record and linked reference

Family/group fees explained

One applicant always pays the individual package price. When 2 or more applicants apply and pay together in one application, the reduced family/group rate applies to every applicant — not just the additional ones.

  • Standard Service: £60 individual · £50 per applicant for a family/group of 2+ (processing target within 24 hours).
  • Priority Service: £80 individual · £70 per applicant for a family/group of 2+ (processing target within 4 hours).
  • Super Priority Service: £120 individual · £100 per applicant for a family/group of 2+ (processing target within 15 minutes).

For example, two Standard applicants pay £100 in total and three pay £150. The package price is the total amount collected for the complete application-processing service, including payment of the applicable UK ETA application fee on your behalf. You may instead apply directly through the official UK Government service without using our professional service.

Applying for children and babies

Children and infants of eligible nationalities need their own ETA application when the scheme applies to their journey. You will need a valid passport and a suitable recent photograph for each child. The adult preparing the application confirms in the applicant declaration that they have authority to act for that traveller.
